The first time I learned I was going to Belgium, I really had no idea what was instore for me for 3 months in that country.  The only thing that popped out of my mind when Belgium is mentioned is the picture of Miss Belgium, who became a crowd favorite when the Miss Universe was held in the Philippines in 1994.
