Ba-lik!), Cool Events This February Related posts brought to you by Yet Another Related Posts Plugin.]]> Living on the 10th floor of a condo, one of the “amenities” that I get to enjoy every year is watching the view of Makati and Manila skyline on new year’s eve, seeing all the fantastic fireworks across metro manila, without having to shell out any money.
 
 
As 12 midnight approaches you can gradually see increasing fireworks activities in the whole metro.  And while they were having a blast, I was also having a blast capturing the colors and patterns of the fireworks with my digicam. 
 
 
 
 
The magic of the camera, setting it to long exposure time, gives you a view of sprouting colored trees across the skyline. The only problem is taking the shot at the right time, which for me was elusive. 
Of the 100+ shots, I only got the following shots which I think are pleasing to the eyes. The rest are just pictures of small disappointing random sprouting colored trees on the skyline, because the fireworks were too far away for my lowly kit lense to capture. :p
